CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR NCL'S WALK FOR WELLNESS 2024
Promotor: NCL (Bahamas) Ltd., d/b/a Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), who is responsible for all elements of prize fulfilment.
Participants: The NCL’s Walk for Wellness 2024 promotion ("Promotion") is only open to travel partners who are legal residents of the UK & the Republic of Ireland, excluding employees of the Promoter or any company connected with this Promotion, and members of their family or household. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By participating, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
The winning entrant and their chosen companion of the main prizes available to be won must both meet all applicable requirements for travel necessary for the respective prize. The winner and their travel companion must hold a current passport and any visa(s) or visa waiver required to take the respective cruise prize. They must also comply with all travel guidelines and restrictions applicable at the time of travel and comply with NCL booking conditions.
By entering the Promotion, you consent to your details being passed to NCL and agree to receive emails, post and phone communications from NCL in connection with the Promotion and this competition, subject to NCL’s privacy policy.
Promotion Promotional Period: 09:00 GMT Wednesday, 1 May 2024 to 23:59 GMT Friday, 31 May 2024.
Entry Method: To actively participate in the Promotion, participants must download the MoveSpring app and register with their name and agency name, ABTA/ATOL No, street address and email address. They must also agree to their steps being tracked via their mobile phone or a wearable device. It is not possible to enter steps manually. Registration can be made at any time during the campaign month. Distance and steps will be recorded from 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024.
General: The decision of the Promoter on all matters is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to (a) disqualify anyone whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) declare void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including without limitation, any error(s) on any website, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims); (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should any computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper operation of the Promotion.
The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any claim, dispute or other issue of any nature arising between the entrant and the Promoter or other third party shall be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only to the exclusion of all other courts.
Promotion Weekly Challenges:
There shall be four weekly challenges as part of this Promotion and entrants may decide how many challenges to participate in. Each weekly challenge has its rules and its own prizes as set forth below. Over the course of the Promotion, entrants may only win one main prize, one second prize, and one third prize.
The four weekly challenges are as follows:
Weekly challenge 1 – 01 May 2024 to 07 May 2024
Participants will need to upload a photo of something that makes them smile, while they are on a walk this week, to the chat section in the Movespring app. The winners will be determined immediately after the end of the challenge week and notified and announced in the MoveSpring app. Promoter shall choose the winners from among the eligible entries in the chat section of the MoveSpring app based on how well they reflect the Promotion theme, in its sole discretion.
Weekly Challenge 1 Main Prize: A balcony stateroom for two (weekly challenge winner and winner’s guest) on Norwegian Aqua launch 3-day cruise (Spring 2025)
Second Prize: £130 Polaroid Now i-Type Gen II Instant Camera via NCL's "Freestyle Rewards" rewards programme for travel agents.
Third Prize: 1 x NCL sports bundle including a bag, towel, baseball cap and water bottle.
Weekly challenge 2 – 08 May 2024 to -14 May 2024
The participants with the highest number of steps in this week shall be chosen as the winners based on the number of step days from registration (at least 2 days of participation required). The winners will be determined immediately after the end of the challenge week and notified and announced in the MoveSpring app.
Weekly Challenge 2 Main Prize: A balcony stateroom for two (weekly challenge winner and winner’s guest) on Norwegian Aqua launch 3-day cruise (Spring 2025)
Second Prize: £100 Nike voucher via NCL's "Freestyle Rewards" rewards programme for travel agents.
Third Prize: Weekly prize for runner-up: 1x NCL sports bundle incl. bag, towel, baseball cap and water bottle.
Weekly challenge 3 - 15 May 2024 to -21 May 2024
The winners will be chosen from participants who take a fabulous selfie of themselves and their surroundings during their walk and upload it to the challenge chat within the MoveSpring app. Participants declare their consent to the free and licence free use and publication of their photo by submitting this as part of the "NCL's Walk for Wellness" campaign by the organizer and its media partners. The winner will be chosen by the NCL marketing team. They will be notified immediately after the end of the challenge week and announced in the MoveSpring app. Promoter shall choose the winners from among the eligible entries in the chat section of the MoveSpring app based on how well they reflect the Promotion theme, in its sole discretion.
Weekly Challenge 3 Main Prize: A balcony stateroom for two (weekly challenge winner and winner’s guest) on Norwegian Aqua launch 3-day cruise (Spring 2025)
Second Prize: Experience voucher via NCL's "Freestyle Rewards" rewards programme for travel agents.

Weekly challenge 4 - 22 May 2024 to -28 May 2024
The winner will be chosen from participants who upload a photo example of how they’ve been kind to themselves or enjoyed “me-time” to the challenge chat within the MoveSpring app. Participants declare their consent to the free and licence-free use and publication of their photo by submitting this as part of the "NCL's Walk for Wellness" campaign by the organizer and its media partners. The winning entry will be chosen by the NCL marketing team. The winner will be notified immediately after the end of the challenge week and announced in the MoveSpring app. Promoter shall choose the winners from among the eligible entries in the chat section of the MoveSpring app based on how well they reflect the Promotion theme, in its sole discretion.
Weekly Challenge 4 Main prize: A balcony stateroom for two (weekly challenge winner and winner’s guest) on Norwegian Aqua launch 3-day cruise (Spring 2025)

Prizes Terms and Conditions
Weekly Challenge Main Prizes: Norwegian Aqua cruise prize consists of one (1) 3-day launch cruise on Norwegian Aqua round-trip embarking from Southampton for two persons (respective weekly challenge winner and winner’s guest) sharing one dual occupancy stateroom and standard meals onboard. Second person in the stateroom must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Cruise prize excludes flights or other travel arrangements to port of embarkation or disembarkation, spending money, excursions, travel insurance or any other holiday costs, personal expenditures and expenses. All prizes are subject to availability and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative in whole or in part for any prize. Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute an alternative of similar value for any prize and has the right to refuse to award, deliver or make available or to require the return of any prize in the event the winner is not eligible for the prize or has breached these terms and conditions or it has reason to believe fraud or dishonesty has occurred.
By accepting a prize, the winners agree to any reasonable publicity in relation to the prize including publication of winner’s name and travel agency. Winners may also be asked to agree to other publicity, including photography and social media coverage. The name and country of residence of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, participants expressly accept these conditions of participation. Participation is free of charge and not dependant on the purchase or use of any goods or services or consent to any advertising. The organizer reserves the right to terminate "NCL's Walk for Wellness" or the competition at any time without prior notice, for any legal or technical reasons or because proper implementation cannot be guaranteed. No liability is accepted for claims that derive from or are based on termination of the competition before prizes are awarded.
Employees and associates of NCL and its affiliates and subsidiaries and others involved in the design and implementation of the Walk for Wellness Challenge and the competition, as well as their partners and family members, are excluded from participation in the competition.
To participate in "NCL's Walk for Wellness" or the competition, it is essential that all personal details are true and accurate. Participation with a falsified identity or with the identity of a third party is not permitted. The organizer is entitled to exclude participants who are suspected of violating these requirements or otherwise seeking to manipulate the Promotion in any way.
By submitting or posting their photos in the MoveSpring app, participants declare their consent to the free and licence-free use and publication of their photos as part of the "NCL's Walk for Wellness campaign by the organizer and its media partners, Travel Weekly, TTG, Cruise Trade News, ITTN & Travelbiz.

Neither Norwegian Cruise Line, as the organizer of the Challenge, nor the MoveSpring app are responsible for any damage to the participant's health.
