NCL's Walk for Wellness is as simple as that. It's no secret that walking can do wonders for your mental wellbeing - there's nothing quite like that perfect mix of fresh air, movement and a change of scenery that being outside can offer. At NCL, October is therefore all about Walk for Wellness and we are thrilled to be shining a spotlight on our industry's mental health around World Mental Health Day on 10 October and walking together towards greater wellbeing. It's also a fantastic opportunity to support this year's Mental Health Partner, as every step you take will add to our fundraising total. Plus, diligent walkers can look forward to fabulous prizes and exciting events!
